Step 3: Measurements and Upgrades

Please ensure that all measurements are rounded up to the nearest inch. If we find that some of the measurements are off compared to standards we will contact you and let you know, but we are not responsible for mistakes in sizing based off of provided measurements.

Fold Direction

This indicates the direction in which the cover will fold. Many shapes can be split vertically or horizontally with no impact on operation. If you are unsure which to pick, call us at 1-866-786-5880.

Skirt Length

Skirt Length The skirt is the vinyl strip that hangs down below the cover insulation. Its purpose is to save energy and protect the exposed spa acrylic. Please measure the skirt from the bottom of the cover down as shown. Enter a length in inches. Minimum length is 2".

Strap Length

The safety strap is measured from the bottom of the cover down including the skirt length and hangs down at least 1.5" below the skirt. Please enter the safety strap length without the clip. Straps are positioned in standard positions for your spa's shape. Please note: due to common production variations (even within the same make and model), it is not possible to guarantee exact matching safety strap placement.

The Continuous Heat Seal Hinge seals the center hinge for added heat savings.
